Responsibilities

Operations managers are responsible for coordinating all activities related to branch operations and development of branch services for assigned accounts.  Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Successful implementation of new contract start-ups
  • Taking a proactive role in meeting client needs
  • Ensuring all quality and contractual obligations are met
  • Partnering with HR to ensure personnel needs are fulfilled
  • Development of subordinate staff members
  • Scheduling, payroll, and disciplinary actions for officers at assigned accounts

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years security management experience and/or training;
  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university (or equivalent combination of education and experience);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
